The Oscars are here and it’s time to vote. So let’s get right down to it.
This is about choosing who you WANT to win, NOT who you EXPECT to win.
ONCE YOU’VE CHOSEN YOUR FAVORITE IN EACH CATEGORY, MAKE SURE TO HIT THE VOTE BUTTON, OTHERWISE YOUR VOTE WILL NOT REGISTER. Results will be displayed and you can revisit the site any time to see how your fellow readers voted. We’ll post the final results next week. Have fun. Also feel free to leave a comment with some of your own picks—especially if they weren’t nominated.
We’ve taken the liberty of limiting our poll to ten popular Oscar categories. To get information on every single nominee along with a trailer check out oscar.go.com:

Ron,
We will be thinking about you tonight and missing the chance to share the winnings and losings. It struck us recently how few nominated films we have seen this cycle–just a couple of lumps!

I would argue missing a few movies does not qualify you for true lumphood. That status probably best describes those prone to watch too many.

You were kidding when you listed The Lobster right? Worst movie ever and we had high hopes.

These are the official nominations of the Academy. I promise. If anyone votes for it we’ll assume it wasn’t you!

After going through that list I realized we spend way to much money going to movies.

I get that same feeling every time I put another $100 on my Starbucks card.

Having little time for movies on the big screen this is all a guess-timate. Sorry not to be watching/theme-partying with you and Leenie!
